With two instructors holding space for you to feel held and supported throughout your day this retreat will help you heal, open, and feel energised.

Morning: Meet & Greet

Yin Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation

Lunchtime: Seasonal Nourishment

Afternoon: Deer Park Walk & Hatha Yoga

Closing: Yoga Nidra
